Your Monthly, non-refundable membership subscription fee is agreed upon by all members to keep the groups affordable.
Therefore I must be clear that there will be no refunds or rescheduling of a writing group. An alternative is to pay the up-front tuition for the year at 12 X the monthly subscription but there is no savings. The Monthly Payment schedule is a courtesy option. Mentoring Agreement, Terms & Conditions
Your Mentor will share cutting edge proprietary methods and suggest actions to support your efforts. Remember, your results and desired outcomes are a result of your own choices and actions.
Make time to read these terms, please! You’ll get way more out of your coaching session and, we must be on the same page when working together as Writer's Gift Mentor (me) and ClientWriter (you)!

*Your Mentor will work with you to identify solutions and offer suggestions, options, and advice based on their own personal experience, training, and the appropriate information.
*You accept full responsibility for all decisions and courses of action. AFFIRM: "I accept full responsibility for all decisions and courses of action."
*You as ClientWriter, by signing this Mentoring Agreement, agree and acknowledge that the Writer's Gift Mentor is not a licensed medical advisor, counselor, publisher, editor, health, or legal professional.
Your Writer's Gift Mentor will not divulge that you are in a coaching or mentoring relationship without your express consent. Of course, you are free to discuss the coaching/mentoring relationship with anyone at any time.
All Mentoring Sessions are scheduled in advance by direct agreement between you and your Writer's Gift Mentor. If for any reason you cannot attend a planned Mentoring or any scheduled Session, you are fully responsible for informing your Mentor and rescheduling your appointment at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, the session will be deemed completed. If you are LATE for a scheduled session, the session will still end on time, out of courtesy to the next Writer. REMEMBER: You are responsible for rescheduling via phone, text, or contact (and receiving acknowledgment or a reply from the Coach!) via email.
Practices are assigned to assist in accelerating your growth and the achievement of your desired results.
FREE EXTRA TIME
There is no extra charge for a brief “catch up text or email” between your Mentoring Sessions, whether to discuss an issue or concern or share something great! Your Coach provides this free additional service to give you superior value and results.
The BookBuild Sessions must be scheduled and completed within each month. If a ClientWriter chooses not to meet for a month or more, the ClientWriter is still liable for the monthly payments.

They are part of your agreement with the Writer's Gift Mentor.
If you wish to cancel the agreement and payments within 5 business days of the date indicated on your receipt, you may do so for a full 100% refund of any monies paid. (Less the cost of any products that may have been mailed or delivered.) This refund is only available if services have not commenced in any way rendering any refund VOID.
Notice of cancellation
All notices of cancellation in advance of any services delivered must be in writing and delivered by mail or email to [email protected] Cancellation notice will be deemed on the date on which the Writer's Gift Mentor receives the cancellation. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be available for "no-shows."
Terms of Coaching
The Mentoring Programs are created and sold as whole packages and cannot be altered or partially completed in any way. If you are enrolled in continued Mentoring for a specific number of sessions, unused sessions due to the WriterClient quitting the program are not eligible for a refund, credit, or transfer.
This not possible once your program is in progress.
Any costs of telephone calls with your Mentor during your membership are at the WriterClient’s expense and initiated by the WriterClient.
If any installment payment should default, the WriterClient will have seven (7) days to rectify the situation. Any scheduled mentoring session(s) will be postponed until payment is received within the 7 days, all discounts and bonuses will be forfeited, and full payment will apply. If WriterClient defaults on any installment payment, the result may be cancellation from the Program, and the Cancellation Policy will apply. An N.S.F. or credit card decline will result in a penalty from our payment processing company in cases of a payment default.
The Writer's Gift Mentor reserves the right to change, modify or cancel any programs as considered necessary. Any such change will be made in consultation with the WriterClient.
Mutual Agreement Cancellation
If at any time wither the WriterClient or Writer's Gift Mentor believe the Mentoring Sessions and agreement are no longer serving the needs of the WriterClient, they may initiate a discussion to rectify the situation before canceling the Program or Sessions.
All material relating to the Program is subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights. No materials may be recorded, used, or reproduced without the written permission of the owner.
You understand that all action taken is performed voluntarily and is your own responsibility. WriterClients should seek independent professional advice before undertaking any physical, business, or investment actions.
By entering into a Mentoring Agreement either through signing a Mentoring Agreement with Judy McNutt's Igniting Your Writing or paying any amount to your Writer's Gift Mentor, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions as set out above.
